PARTIAL PAYMENT AGREEMENT
 
Agreement on what is owed.     The undersigned tenant agrees that such tenant owes past due rent for the month(s) of __________________________________________ plus late fees, and, if applicable, reimbursement for eviction filing fees or foreclosure fees, and other sums owed by Tenant to the undersigned self-storage facility (Lessor). The total of all the foregoing unpaid sums is $____________.
 
Partial payment schedule.  Tenant agrees to make the following payments on the above delinquent sums, as follows:

As long as Tenant is current under schedule. As long as Tenant timely pays according to the above schedule and timely pays all sums accruing after the date of this agreement, Lessor will (whichever applicable) refrain from pursuing eviction or foreclosure proceedings, or suspend further eviction or foreclosure proceedings.
If Tenant pays in full according to schedule. If Tenant has paid all past due sums to Lessor and is no longer delinquent on any sums due Lessor, Lessor’s overlock will be removed. If Lessor has not yet overlocked, Lessor may do so at any time prior to the date all delinquent sums have been paid in full.
If Tenant fails to pay according to schedule. If payments are not made exactly on time according to the above schedule or if Tenant fails to pay sums accruing after the date of this agreement, Lessor will be entitled to continue or proceed with eviction or foreclosure procedures.
